Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered


Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • A proper unboxing video is required in case of damaged or wrong product claims


Exchange Process

  2. Share your order ID and issue details

  3. Our team will review and approve the exchange request

  4. Reverse pickup will be arranged (if applicable)

  5. Replacement product will be shipped after quality check


Exchange Charges

  • One-time exchange is free (if applicable)

  • Additional exchanges may incur shipping charges


Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Request raised after 48 hours

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Missing tags or packaging

  • Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences
